You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped from the warehouse. We ship all orders from the UK.
Please be aware that all international orders outside the UK can be shipped delivery duties paid (DDP) OR delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties.This applies to all orders that ship outside of the UK, however, the exact amount will depend on your country.
All orders will need to pass local customs inspection. We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason. If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to check the status. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion).
All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt.
Due to the volume of orders, we aim to have your order processed in 5 working days.
Shipping to domestic locations will aim to be delivered within 3-7 business days after the processing time is complete.
Delivery to international will aim to be delivered within 7-30 business days after the processing time is complete.
All orders placed will get an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates are calculated based on total package weight and destination. Calculated shipping rates and any applicable custom fees, taxes & duties will be displayed for you to select at checkout. Your order will be delivered during normal business hours, once payment has been made, to the address provided on the checkout page. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or a hotel. We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible following receipt of payment from you. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly or if you have used a foreign alphabet or non-English language characters. Risk passes to you once delivered, but Products shipped to any non-card registered address are sent entirely at your risk. Please note that no title of the relevant goods shall pass to you until payment has been received in full and delivery has been completed. Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any applicable delivery charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the products.
In the unlikely event a Product is damaged or lost in transit, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall endeavour to supply a replacement as soon as possible. If we cannot supply an identical Product, we will offer you a refund.
Product AvailabilityAlthough availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, therefore, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
